Blue House – Mavi Ev is owned and run by Ηolpan Tourism , who also owns world famous Pudding Shop – Lale Restaurant . The hotel is opened in July 1997 . The hotel had been converted from an old apartment house, in which old Istanbullians have lived, interior of the building completely re-designed.

There are 1 suite room and 26 standard rooms, and three restaurants; Garden Restaurant, Indoor Restaurant, Terrace Marmara Restaurant. Terrace Marmara Restaurant is used only in summer months and only for dinner. You can enjoy your meals with the stunning views and live Turkish music.
